There was one hiccup in service one time that ended up being a small misunderstanding, but Liberty Tree promptly made things right, which speaks volumes for the character of their business leadership. I frequent several of the other firearms dealers in the Joplin/Carthage area for different services and I can say that Liberty Tree has really impressed me by showing how much they care about earning repeat business by going above and beyond. |

I'm a Joplin resident and don't even mind the drive to Carthage to do business with them even though I have a dozen other options. I highly recommend their courses. |

The shooting part, which I was extremely nervous to do, was the best part! I don't know how anyone could have a bad experience with taking this class. 5 | I have had nothing but great service with the Liberty Tree crew. Can I get some of the things I need cheaper elsewhere? Yes sometimes. But I believe in doing business with the home town guys. That is what built this country. They have always tried to give me the best deal they can. I'd rather pay a little extra than to do business with the big chain stores anyway. Keep up the good work Liberty Tree! |

They are always happy to help and talk even when you are just browsing.
